Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Digital Marketing Agency to drive new business growth across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation and closing, while developing strategic client relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BD/sales experience in a digital agency or digital services company.
• Proven track record in consultative, solution-based sales and new client acquisition.
• Strong network across Hong Kong and/or the Greater Bay Area.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proactive, commercial and results-driven hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Creative Digital, Search, SEO, and AI-driven marketing solutions.
• Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting and discovery through pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct in-depth prospect research to understand business needs, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
• Develop business opportunities across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, including Chinese companies expanding internationally.
• Lead complex pre-sales and RFP processes, collaborating with internal production and delivery teams on tailored solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing portfolio.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline while monitoring market trends and representing the company at client meetings and industry events.
