Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Limited is seeking ambitious, energetic recruitment professionals to join the Sales & Marketing Desk in Hong Kong. You will build client relationships, develop hiring strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with uncapped commission potential.

Ideal candidates are English-Cantonese bilingual, proactive, and comfortable working toward KPIs and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their businesses and hiring needs.
Provide clients with market insights and recruitment strategies.
Source, engage and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assess and shortlist the most suitable talent based on clients' requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from business development to placement.
Develop new business opportunities and expand client network.
Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs, sales targets and placement goals.
