AMS in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Senior Manager to lead recruitment operations across Experienced Hire and Campus programs in Asia, based in Hong Kong.

You will partner with TA leadership, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure compliant, data-driven processes delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences; role combines operational leadership with strategic projects, leveraging technology, reporting, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or HR operations.
• Experience supporting Experienced Hire and Campus Recruitment programs.
• Strong governance, risk management, and compliance knowledge.
• Experience leading transformation, process improvement, or technology implementations.
• Advanced stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM/HRIS and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and compliance for recruitment activity across Asia.
• Oversee campus recruitment operations and annual cycles.
• Drive recruitment marketing, branding, and analytics.
• Manage technology projects and system enhancements for TA.
• Lead a team of 2 TA Operations professionals.
