Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an APAC HR Director to partner with C-suite and regional leadership, translating business goals into workforce strategies across Asia-Pacific. You will lead talent acquisition, organizational design, total rewards, performance culture and compliance, including direct leadership of Mainland China HR teams.

You will drive DEI, leadership pipelines, succession planning, and regional HR governance while shaping cross-border HR operations for a high-performing, agile region.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5+ years in a senior regional HR leadership role across APAC.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to lead regional stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of employment regulations, talent landscapes and cultural nuances in APAC.
• Experience in HR restructuring or post-merger integration and cross-border governance.
• Experience leading multi-country HR operations including Mainland China and SEA/HK hubs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite and regional leaders to align HR strategies with growth plans across APAC.
• Oversee China HR team and unifying regional HR operations for a high-performing organization.
• Drive talent acquisition, succession, and leadership development across markets.
• Establish governance, DEI programs, and regional C&B strategies aligned with benchmarks.
• Lead HR digital transformation, HRIS optimization, and data analytics for efficiency.
