Job summary

Siemens Mobility is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Manager for HVAC products to lead Buildings business in HK and Macao. You will develop sales plans, drive growth with distributors, and implement value selling across the region.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in electrical, Building Services, automation engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in buildings, system or automation solutions.
• Experienced in sales function and project bidding, and achieve sales target.
• Strong teamwork with good communication skills, motivation, and capabilities.
• Familiar with HK/Macao vertical industry i.e. Building Automation, HVAC, Electrical, IoT sensors/products.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plan to drive and grow new business development.
• Achieve sales target with planned sales volumes and potential partner and distributor in HK and Macao.
• Implement value selling and products type business processes.
• Identify customer pain points and propose solutions in line with portfolio.
• Seek out resources to drive innovation and new offerings.
• Provide accurate customer and products information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
• Complete sales and revenue related reporting.
• Analyze market conditions and build market ecosystem.
• Contribute to products market development in the region.
• Visit customers and participate in promotion seminars to build relationships and selling on key products.
