Job summary

Siemens Ltd. in Hong Kong and Macao seeks a result-driven Sales & Marketing professional for the Buildings business. You will develop plans to grow new business, manage partners, and drive value selling across building automation, HVAC, electrical, and IoT offerings.

The role requires 3+ years in buildings/automation sales, strong communication, and fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus; travel within HK/Macau may be expected.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in electrical, Building Services, automation engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in buildings, system or automation solutions.
• Experienced in sales function and project bidding skill, and achieve sales target.
• Strong teamwork with good communication skills, motivation, and capabilities. Willingness to learn and grow professionally and personally.
• Familiar with HK/Macao vertical industry i.e. Building Automation, HVAC, Electrical, IoT sensors/products, Data center is a plus.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plan to drive and grow new business development.
• Achieve sales target with planned sales volumes and potential partner and distributor in HK and Macao.
• Implement value selling and products type business processes.
• Ability to identify customer pain points and comes up with solution addressing those challenges in line with portfolio.
• Seek out and leverage resources to drive innovation and new offerings.
• Provides accurate customer and products information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
• Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
• Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds up market ecosystem.
• Contributes to the development of products market business in the region.
• Actively visit customer and participate promotion seminar to build up relationships and selling on key products.
