Job summary
RecruitFirst Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer to drive technical consultative sales, project execution, and business development in engineering, HVAC, and energy efficiency solutions.
You will analyze energy consumption and BMS data, prepare quotations, and lead tender submissions while collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, or application engineering in engineering/building services/HVAC.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and energy-efficiency solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and lead tender submissions for engineering/HVAC projects.
- Analyze building operations and energy data to demonstrate energy-saving solutions.
- Collaborate with internal engineering/software teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver projects.
- Mentor junior sales team members and drive strategic sales initiatives.
