Job summary

ISF in Hong Kong is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support end-to-end recruitment for faculty and non-faculty, maintain employee data in the HRIS, and assist with onboarding and visa applications for overseas hires.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, at least 3 years' recruitment experience, good English and Mandarin, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office.

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment services to faculty and non-faculty departments;
• Manage and maintain employee data in the HRIS;
• Facilitate the applications of teacherqualification and work visa for overseas new hires;
• Facilitate on-boarding process and assist in the preparation for new employee orientation;
• Assist in preparing documentations of professional development sponsorship for faculty and non-faculty staff; and
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline;
• At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment function;
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and well organized;
• Service-oriented and cooperative team player;
• Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin; and
• Excellent in computer skills and MS Office.
