Job summary

Schindler Lifts (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support payroll and benefits under the C&B function. The role reports to the Human Resources Manager and involves payroll calculation, MPF/ORSO administration, taxation, benefits administration, and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities include payroll reconciliation with Finance, data accuracy, and coordinating annual exercises with the HRBP team. The position also supports audits with documentation and HR-related analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, taxation, MPF Ordinance, other relevant rules and HR practices.
• Hands-on experience payroll operations with frequent payroll cycles and frontline payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine C&B functions including payroll calculation, MPF & ORSO administration, taxation and benefits administration.
• Prepare payroll and HR reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation and month-end activities.
• Assist in designing, planning and implementation of the annual exercise, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials and working closely with HRBP team for effective execution.
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and records.
• Processing HR-related reports and analysis
