Qualifications

• Degree or above in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5-8 years' relevant HR experience.
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Experience with PRC labor regulations or cross-border HR is a plus.

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, contracts, on-board arrangements, payroll/ MPF, and tax.
• Maintain HR records for hiring, transfers, terminations, appraisals, leaves.
• Update and implement HR policies and Employee Handbook per laws.

About the role

Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, employment contract, on-board arrangement, staff relations, Payroll/ MPF, staff compensation and benefit package, income tax, etc.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, employment contract, on-board arrangement, staff relations, Payroll/ MPF, staff compensation and benefit package, income tax, etc.
• Maintain human resources records including new hiring, transfers, terminations, appraisals, vacation, sick and personal leave.
• Update, review and implement HR policies and procedures as well as Employee Handbook in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

About you

• Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years' relevant experience in HR support
• Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and Human Resources practices in Hong Kong
• Experience in PRC labor regulations or cross-border HR administration is an advantage
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Detailed-minded, sensitive to figures with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
