Job summary

Emperor Group in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Human Resources Manager - Business Partner to advise business leaders on manpower, performance, compensation, and engagement. You will lead budgeting, workforce planning, and development programs while partnering with COEs to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

With 8+ years of HRBP experience, you will stay updated on HK employment law, manage talent acquisition and employee relations, and report with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience with proven HRBP experience.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong reporting skills and hands-on experience in HRIS.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to business leaders and department heads, providing professional HR advice and support on manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and succession planning.

Lead and drive key HR initiatives, including annual budgeting, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programs.

Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to deliver effective HR solutions and support business objectives.

Keep abreast of market trends, employment legislation, and HR best practices to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
