Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to provide timely and professional HR solutions to internal clients, leveraging extensive HR experience to offer independent advice and drive organizational development and process improvements to achieve operational excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR or related field, with 15+ years of HR experience, preference for financial institutions, and strong English and Chinese communication

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies or equivalent.
• 15+ years HR experience with organizational development and HR process improvement.
• Experience in financial institutions preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job description

In addition to acting as HRBP to provide timely and professional HR solutions to internal clients, the incumbent is expected to leverage own’s HR experience to provide independent advices and follow up actions related to organizational development and work process improvement to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies or equivalent
• 15 years or above HR experience with working exposure on organizational development, HR process improvement preferably by using various analytics tools/technology
• All rounded HR experience is preferable, preference will be given to those with financial institutions working experience
• Flexible to accept different kinds of challenges
• Innovative and open mindset to breakthrough from status quo and yet be able to maintain high standard of corporate governance
• Well-adapted to fast pace working environment with passionate working attitude
• Mature, confident, self-motivated, proactive & willing to learn
• Can work independently as well as in a team
• Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
• Good language ability and computer skills
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
