Description
HR Partnership & Business Support
- Partner with managers and employees to support day-to-day people-related matters and HR initiatives
- Assist HR Business Partners in delivering people strategies aligned with business objectives
- Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and organisational changes
- Participate in discussions relating to employee engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives
- Prepare HR analytics, reports, and insights to support business decision-making
- Assist with employee relations matters and help ensure a positive employee experience
Talent & Employee Experience
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support onboarding and integration of new employees
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities, learning programs, and internal communications
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee wellbeing
HR Operations & Projects
- Ensure employee records and HR data are maintained accurately
- Support compensation and benefits administration, MPF, employee insurance, and annual tax filing processes
- Assist in reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures, and employee programs
- Participate in HR projects, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support various ad-hoc HR initiatives as the organisation continues to grow
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- 2-5 years of HR experience gained within a corporate or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to areas such as recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, or employee engagement
- Strong interest in developing a career within HR Business Partnering
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
- Self-motivated with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at different levels
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
