Job summary

Fides Solutions Limited is seeking a Project Manager/Project Specialist to lead HRIS implementation projects from initiation to delivery. You will manage scope, schedule and budget while coordinating with IT, HR and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires a PMP/Agile certification, strong HRIS knowledge and proven stakeholder management. You will work in a growth‑minded team to drive change and deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Specialist, preferably HRIS projects.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP or Agile.
• Strong understanding of HRIS, HR processes and HR technology landscapes.
• Experience with scheduling, resource management and budget control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee HRIS project delivery from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, schedules and risk registers.
• Coordinate with senior management, IT, HR and external vendors.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues with corrective actions.
• Lead project team meetings and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and baselines.
• Handle scope and implement change control procedures.
• Support HRIS implementation and testing with technical teams and end users.
• Prepare regular status updates for executives and stakeholders.
• Contribute to post‑implementation reviews and lessons learned.
