Job summary

Fides Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to lead HR transformation projects centered on SAP SuccessFactors, spanning design, planning and rollout across the organisation.

You will oversee system configuration, customization and integration with existing HR processes, while developing change management strategies and training HR teams. Strong project management, analytics and stakeholder collaboration are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR transformation, HR systems implementation or SAP SuccessFactors administration and configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning Management and Performance Management.
• Demonstrated project management expertise for multi-faceted transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, best practices and industry standards.
• Experience in change management and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with process improvement.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and translating business requirements into technical specs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels.
• Experience in Asia-Pacific or multinational organisations is advantageous.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications or CIPD membership are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning and execution of HR transformation projects, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout.
• Manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors configuration, customization and integration with HR systems and processes.
• Develop and communicate change management strategies to support HR system transitions.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business leaders and IT to define solutions and ensure deployment.
• Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users on SAP SuccessFactors functionality.
• Monitor system performance and identify improvements, recommending HR process enhancements.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure success and impact of HR transformations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, data governance and regulatory requirements during projects.
• Document processes, procedures and system configurations for knowledge maintenance.
