Job summary

Tung Wah Group of Hospitals is seeking a Human Resources Executive (Welfare) to support staff welfare programmes and events at Admin HQs. You will design and implement activities, manage social media and apps, and handle welfare grant applications.

The role requires a degree, strong English/Chinese skills, and experience in event management or staff relations. A 3‑year contract with competitive benefits awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• A recognized degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
• Experience in event management or staff relations preferred.
• Strong written English and Chinese skills; Putonghua preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe) is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing and implementing staff welfare activities/events (e.g., Christmas Party, annual dinner, sports events).
• Manage social media accounts and mobile apps, including content creation and media assets.
• Process applications for staff welfare scheme grants/reimbursements.
• Assist in budgeting and drafting annual returns related to staff welfare.
• Provide administrative support and review staff welfare policies; coordinate the Staff Welfare Committee.
• Maintain day‑to‑day operation of the Staff Welfare Unit and handle escalated inquiries.
