Job summary

Tung Wah Group is seeking a proactive staff welfare coordinator to assist in planning and executing welfare activities, events, and campaigns. You will manage promotional content and assist with administrative duties within the Staff Welfare Unit.

The role involves coordinate with the Committee, handle enquiries, and ensure smooth operation. A degree is required, with English/Chinese proficiency and graphic design skills advantageous.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning/designing staff welfare activities/events.
• Manage social media accounts and apps for event promotion.
• Process applications for staff welfare schemes grants/reimbursements.
• Assist in drafting annual returns and budgets for staff welfare.
• Review staff welfare policies and coordinate Staff Welfare Committee.
• Maintain day-to-day operations of Staff Welfare Unit and handle escalations.
