Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited is seeking an proactive Associate to join the HR Technology & Analytics team to enhance Workday HCM and Recruiting solutions. You will partner with HR and IT stakeholders to implement improvements, perform testing, and support analytics initiatives.

The role offers exposure to AI-enabled ways of working, with a focus on governance, data privacy, and delivering a superior employee and candidate experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or related field required.
5+ years in HR technology, HRMS or similar; Workday experience preferred.
Hands-on Workday HCM and/or Recruiting modules experience preferred.
Experience with HR reporting, analytics or dashboard development a plus.
Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver system enhancements.
Perform testing, UAT, regression testing and release validation for Workday updates.
Support HR processes optimization through technology and automation.
Lead HR technology projects and contribute to continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and analytics to improve productivity and experience.
