Job summary

Datawave Technologies Limited is seeking an HR leader in Hong Kong to drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across the region. You will align hiring with business goals, manage the talent pipeline, and support succession planning while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance.

You will collaborate with HQ COE, benefits, and admin teams to optimize local channels, bolster retention of key positions, and deliver timely HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong interest in recruitment and willingness to grow in the field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Closely follow business goals to complete manpower inventory, headcount control, talent pipeline development, and succession planning.
• Lead local hiring processes, including interview evaluation, onboarding, and probation follow-up.
• Optimize local talent channels and control turnover of key positions.
• Implement performance appraisal, manager coaching, and performance calibration.
• Identify training needs and drive internal growth and high-potential talent development programs.
• Handle labor disputes, contracts, employee movements, and exit interviews to minimize employment legal risks.
• Establish employee communication channels and enhance team cohesion.
• Collaborate with HQ COE, Compensation & Benefits, and Administration teams on regional HR projects and cultural activities.
• Oversee attendance, employee movements, benefits administration, and HRIS system maintenance.
• Maintain local HR records and provide regular reports.
