Job summary

Links International is seeking an HR Generalist & Operations professional to partner with regional leaders in Hong Kong. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance with APAC employment laws and company policies.

You will provide HR advisory and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance, talent development, and workforce planning, supporting business transformation and organizational effectiveness with a data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience across multiple functions.
• Experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner preferred.
• Strong knowledge of APAC employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management in an MNC.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to align HR with business goals.
• Provide HR advisory and coaching on ER, performance, and development.
• Support transformation, change management, and people initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to improve engagement and productivity.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
