Job summary

Huawei is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional in Hong Kong to support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. The role collaborates with business units to refine job requirements, optimize job descriptions and define hiring criteria while handling internal movement and off-boarding tasks.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in HR or recruitment, strong data awareness, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Management or other related majors.
• With 3 year or above working experience in Human Resources function, preferably in fast-paced MNC or Chinese Organization
• With 3 year or above on Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is a plus.
• Detail-minded, independent, responsible and well-organized.
• Sensitive to number and data
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide full support for Human Resources - Talent Acquisition Team to complete the whole process of talent search, interview arrangement, background check and onboarding etc.
