Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on a range of HR issues, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Act as a key HR business partner to assigned business units, building relationships and providing strategic HR support to drive business outcomes.
Manage employee relations issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process for assigned business units.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, as required.
