Job summary

Iron Mountain Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to support HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, acting as a liaison between HR and IT for HRIS administration while managing full-cycle recruitment. The role focuses on delivering efficient HR operations, positive employee experiences, and attracting quality talent to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant HR experience including HR operations and full-cycle recruitment.
• Familiar with HRIS/HCM systems; Workday and ServiceNow are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, movements, and offboarding.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and collaborate with hiring managers on workforce needs.
• Administer HRIS data, leave records, and organizational changes with accuracy.
• Provide first-line HR system support and prepare SOPs, guides, and trainings.
• Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvements.
