The role partners the Senior HR and Talent Development Manager on recruitment, employee relations, staff engagement, office administration and cross-border projects from HQ Paris.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of HR experience in HK, strong payroll and data skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on HR experience in Hong Kong
• Ownership of C&B, payroll and HRIS
• Experience with MPF and statutory payroll
• Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance
• Proficient in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Own payroll, MPF and statutory filings for HK/Macao.
• Manage Workday data and reporting.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for HQ and Retail.
• Oversee employee relations, engagement and performance cycles.
• Administer office operations and HR documentation.
• Drive HR projects with HQ Paris and Greater China.
