Job summary

Jebsen Group is seeking a Senior Human Resources Executive to support Hong Kong and Macau operations. You will advise line managers on compensation & benefits, manage incentives, and drive staff engagement while upholding company values.

You will handle onboarding to offboarding, address grievances, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Strong English and Chinese skills are required, with at least 5 years in HR.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of working experience in HR, preferably C&B or HR generalist.
• Well versed with Hong Kong and Macau employment ordinances.
• Detail-oriented, proactive team member with HR professionalism.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Advise line managers on compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations for HK and Macau.
• Manage monthly variable pay and incentives calculations with accuracy and audit compliance.
• Conduct pulse checks on staff morale and organise staff engagement activities.
• Support full-cycle HR operations from onboarding to offboarding, handling grievances and disciplinary cases.
• Handle matters related to imported labour and apprenticeship programs per regulations.
• Execute HR policies aligned with goals and assist on special projects (talent management, policy updates).
