Job summary

Diptyque Paris in Hong Kong manages day-to-day HR operations for Hong Kong and Macao, independently runs compensation & benefits, payroll and HRIS (Workday) to a zero-error standard, and partners the Senior HR and Talent Development Manager on recruitment, employee relations, staff engagement, office administration and projects from HQ Paris and Greater China Area.

Profile requires 4+ years in HK HR with direct ownership of C&B, payroll and HRIS; Macao exposure is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Four+ years hands-on HR in HK with C&B, payroll and HRIS ownership
• Proven ability to run payroll, benefits and statutory filings in HK/Macao
• Experience with Workday (or equivalent HRIS) and data analytics
• Strong understanding of HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and payroll accuracy
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Own payroll, MPF, leave reconciliation and statutory filings for HK/Macao heads and retail
• Prepare monthly payroll, verify variances and support C&B costing
• Own Workday data for hires, transfers, leavers and compensation; reconcile with payroll
• Prepare HR reports (headcount, cost, turnover, leave) with commentary
• Run full-cycle recruitment for Head Office and Retail; onboard new joiners
• Manage exits with final pay, asset return and Workday off-boarding
• Administer performance cycles, probation reviews and escalate sensitive cases
• Support HR policy rollout, staff engagement and CSR activities
• Oversee office HR administration, vendor management and HR audits
• Lead HQ Paris and local HR projects and support Greater China Talent Development
