Job summary

Jebsen Group, based in Hong Kong, seeks an experienced HR professional to advise line managers on compensation, benefits, and employee relations for HK and Macau. You will drive staff engagement, assist with payroll and incentives, and support end-to-end HR operations in a compliant, audit-ready environment.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, strong knowledge of HK/Macau regulations, and fluency in English and Chinese. A candidate with higher experience may be considered for Assistant HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR experience; C&B or generalist preferred.
• Well versed with Hong Kong and Macau employment ordinances.
• Detail-minded, proactive team member with good communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua).
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Advise line managers on compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations for HK and Macau.
• Manage monthly variable pay and incentives with audit-compliant accuracy.
• Conduct pulse checks and organise staff engagement activities.
• Support full-cycle HR operations for HK and Macau from onboarding to offboarding; handle grievances and monthly reports.
• Handle matters related to imported labour and apprenticeship programmes.
• Execute HR policies in alignment with goals and audit requirements.
• Assist HR Manager on projects such as talent management and policy updates.
• Perform additional duties as required by supervisor.
