Job summary

行政及人才管理 (Administration & Talent Management) in Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR leader to manage compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and engagement programs.

You will drive AI-enabled HR processes, support organizational transformation, and collaborate across functions to align HR strategy with business priorities. The role requires 5+ years of HR experience and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Human Resources Management.
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance, MPF, and other HR statutory regulations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to business priorities.
• Hands-on AI experience in HR processes.
• Agile, process oriented thinker with strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven influence and collaboration across all levels.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong focus on compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and engagement programs.
• Support and manage C&B operations such as payroll, tax filings, insurance administration, and benefits review
• Take ownership beyond routine HR operations, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance workforce effectiveness and business performance.
• Stay agile and adaptable, providing HR solutions that support organizational transformation and evolving business needs.
• Develop and apply AI skills to streamline daily HR workflows and improve efficiency.
• Support and follow up on ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
