Job summary

The ISF Academy in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to lead recruitment for designated offices and support staff development initiatives. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain employee data in the HRIS, coordinate teacher qualification/work visa applications, and assist in onboarding and professional development sponsorship for faculty and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and staffing.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Positive, proactive, and well-organized with a service orientation.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment services for faculty and non-faculty departments.
• Manage and maintain employee data in the HRIS.
• Facilitate visa/work permit applications for overseas hires.
• Support onboarding and new employee orientation preparations.
• Assist in documenting professional development sponsorships for staff.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
