IHG Hotels & Resorts in Hong Kong is seeking an HR Officer to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, and to provide insights on policies, procedures and performance management.

The role involves recruitment activities, onboarding new colleagues, maintaining learning and development records, and ensuring legal compliance of employment terms. Fluency in Cantonese and English is preferred to support diverse colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Officer or other HR positions, preferably in hospitality industry
• Knowledge in HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, learning & development etc.)
• Proficiency in written / spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Human Resources Assistant

Responsabilités

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide insight on policies and procedures and performance management
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement with all colleagues
• Maintain learning & development records
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
