Job summary

Gaw Capital is seeking an Officer - Human Resources based in Hong Kong to assist the HR Team with daily operations, including compensation and benefits administration and payroll processing. You will manage HRIS, performance appraisal systems, and maintain accurate employee records.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Officer role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance industry or multinationals.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMPRODUCT).
• Experience in HR operations and payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all-round HR duties including Compensation and Benefits administration and Payroll processing.
• Maintain HRIS and Performance Appraisal System administration.
• Keep accurate employee records in HRMS and other databases.
• Administer employees’ benefits schemes (medical, travel insurance, compensation).
• Support ad hoc HR projects as assigned by supervisors.
