Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to lead the HRBP agenda for designated units. You will partner with senior management on workforce planning, organisational design and employee relations to drive business performance.

Reporting to the Deputy HR Director, you will coach HR team, oversee recruitment for frontline and corporate populations, and translate commercial needs into practical people solutions while ensuring compliance with Hong Kong labour

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with 20+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in HRBP or senior HR leadership.
• Strong leadership in a sizeable organisation.
• Extensive employee relations exposure in frontline/casual work.
• Knowledge of HK employment law.
• Experience in labour-intensive industries preferred.
• English and Cantonese communication; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and organisational design.
• Advise on employee relations, disciplinary cases, attendance and performance.
• Support frontline and casual-worker populations alongside office staff.
• Lead and coach HR team to deliver consistent service.
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition with hiring managers.
• Drive HR policies and initiatives to improve effectiveness and compliance.
• Influence senior stakeholders and translate commercial needs into people solutions.
