Michael Page is partnering with a multinational client in Hong Kong to deliver HR Partnership and Business Support. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day HR matters, delivering people strategies, workforce planning, and employee engagement across the lifecycle.

You will contribute to onboarding, recruitment, and internal comms while ensuring a positive employee experience. The Successful Applicant will bring 2–5 years of HR experience, exposure to recruitment, lifecycle management, and HR

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of HR experience in corporate or fast-paced environments.
  • Exposure to recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, or employee engagement.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in HR Business Partnering.
  • Curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to relate to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and employees to support day-to-day people-related matters and HR initiatives.
  • Assist HR Business Partners in delivering people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and organisational changes.
  • Participate in discussions on employee engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives.
  • Prepare HR analytics, reports, and insights to support business decisions.
  • Assist with employee relations and ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities, learning programs, and internal communications.
  • Contribute to initiatives strengthening company culture and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data; support compensation, benefits, MPF, and annual tax processes.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures, and programs; participate in HR projects and continuous improvements.

  • Participate in HR projects, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support various ad-hoc HR initiatives as the organisation continues to grow
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • 2-5 years of HR experience gained within a corporate or fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to areas such as recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, or employee engagement
  • Strong interest in developing a career within HR Business Partnering
  • Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at different levels
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
