Job summary

HR Plus in Hong Kong seeks a proactive Recreation & Engagement Officer to develop and coordinate engaging wellness activities for corporate clients. You will research options, propose monthly recreation ideas, and work with internal teams to deliver memorable events.

The role requires strong Mandarin, English and Cantonese, plus experience in event organization. A flexible, team-oriented environment with home-office options is offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Art, Event Management & Marketing or related discipline.
• Good command of Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
• Experience in organizing events.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Research options for recreation activities (e.g., Zentangle, perfume making, wine tasting, latte art, art de-stress activities) for corporate clients.
• Brainstorm and experience new recreation options provided to clients.
• Coordinate recreation activities end-to-end.
• Prepare proposals showcasing monthly recommended recreation options.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• Research on options ofrecreation activities (Zentangle, Perfume making, Wine Tasting, Latte Art,Art De-Stress activities and any experienced activitiesetc)for our corporateclient
• Brainstorm and experience on the new recreation option that we provided to our client
• Coordinate the recreation activities
• Prepare proposal to showcase on the options with the monthly recommended recreation activities
• Communicate with related parties internally and externally to ensure smooth running of the events
• Assist in ad hoc duties assigned
