Job summary

Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECE) in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Manager (Human Resources) to deliver practical, people-centred HR services. You will be HR Business Partner to assigned units, support leaders and staff, and balance generalist work with a defined functional portfolio.

Reporting to the Director (Human Resources), you will handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, and HR analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Experience with employee relations, recruitment and HR operations.
• Good understanding of HK employment law and HR practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum HR support to assigned units, including employee relations, performance management, staff movement, retention, disciplinary matters, and engagement.
• Support end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding arrangements.
• Prepare employment contracts and conduct new hire orientations.
• Maintain HRIS records and data accuracy.
• Support HR analyses and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the College.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
