Job summary

Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking a Front Office professional to join the Rooms team on a full-time permanent basis. In this role you will respond to all guest requests promptly and coordinate with the Front Services team to ensure rooms are prepared and guests are welcomed with the highest standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in hospitality management and has at least 1 year of relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel (internships included), demonstrating excellent service etiquette

Qualifications

• Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a luxury hotel (including internships).
