Job summary

Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking intuitive, engaging Associates to embark on a Rosewood Journey in a luxury hotel setting. You will deliver exceptional guest service at the bar, help maintain smooth operations, and uphold hygiene and quality standards in a refined dining environment.

Proficiency in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese is essential, with a F5 or higher diploma preferred. Prior luxury hotel experience is advantageous, and professional demeanor is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential.
• F5 or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our guests in accordance to hotel standards
• Assist to ensure a smooth operation and achieve a high level of customer service within the bar
• Achieve high level of customer satisfactions by serving guests and maintaining the delighted dining environment
• To maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar

Requirements

• F5 or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
• Relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel or in similar capacityis an advantage
• Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential
• High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
