Job summary

Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking intuitive and engaging Associates for a role on our front desk, welcoming guests and managing bookings in a refined luxury setting.

The position requires a Form 5 or higher diploma in hospitality or tourism, with about 1 year of luxury-hotel experience preferred. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential, with Mandarin a plus. This is a full-time on-site role located in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel.
• Keen to develop a career in Food & Beverage industry.
• Customer oriented, energetic with helpful and outgoing personality.
• Good command in both spoken & written English & Chinese. Mandarin would be also an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling telephone enquiries, and managing customer bookings.
• Maintain high standards and professional services in meeting customers' expectations.
