Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui is seeking an experienced F&B team member to deliver courteous, professional service and ensure an exceptional dining experience. You will recommend wines, support wine list maintenance and assist with inventory control while building rapport with guests.

Responsibilities include providing a consistent level of service, attending to guests promptly and collaborating with the team to maximize guest satisfaction in a hotel/restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in hospitality or tourism management.
• F&B service training required.
• Minimum 3 years of wine service experience in hotel/restaurant.
• WSET level 2 or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and language skills.
• Customer-oriented team player.
