Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui Chin Chin Bar is looking for a courteous waiter/waitress to provide professional F&B service, greet guests and take orders with efficiency.

You will build rapport with customers, ensure timely service and aim to delight guests through attentive service and a welcoming attitude.

A background in F&B training and strong communication skills help success; being a team player with hospitality mindset is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training; preferably Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• Prerefquisite experience in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage
• Good communication skills and language skill
• A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
