Job summary

Dorsett Wanchai Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead pricing and distribution strategies. You will work directly with the Director of Revenue to optimize occupancy and revenue across all channels in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in hotel revenue management and proficiency with Duetto, OPERA Cloud and channel managers. Cantonese, English and Mandarin are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hotel revenue management experience.
• Hands-on with Revenue Management Systems and related tools.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in OPERA Cloud and Duetto is advantageous.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Director of Revenue.
• Manage distribution channels, reservations and revenue systems.
• Ensure pricing, restrictions, rate parity and content accuracy.
• Prepare demand forecasts and reports to maximize yield.
• Analyze historical data and competitor data for pricing opportunities.
• Perform rate loading and manage room inventory across channels.
• Conduct group displacement analyses for profitability.
• Support e-commerce and marketing by tracking campaigns.
• Monitor booking engine content and direct booking performance.
• Collaborate with Accounts on budgeting and reporting.
• Work with other departments to create room packages.
