Job summary

JPC Texson Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion from residential to non‑residential property management. You will win FM/PM contracts via tenders and direct negotiations, and build strong client relationships for long‑term engagements.

We value 5+ years of HK property market BD experience, a university degree in related fields, and the ability to coordinate with operations, technical and risk teams for smooth handover.

Qualifications

• University degree in Property Management, Marketing, Engineering Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of business development experience in Hong Kong’s property market.
• Proven success in winning tenders for non‑residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end tendering and bidding for FM/PM contracts.
• Win new FM/PM contracts through tenders, direct negotiations and partnerships.
• Build relationships with key clients and partners to secure long‑term contracts.
• Identify and pursue new FM/PM opportunities in Hong Kong.
• Coordinate with operations, technical and risk teams for project handover.
