Currently focused on residential properties, the company is expanding its property management services to more sectors, including office buildings, shopping malls, government departments, hospitals, schools and universities.
Lead business development for the company’s expansion from residential to non‑residential property management.
Win new FM/PM contracts for non‑residential properties through tenders, direct negotiations and partnerships.
Drive new business for FM and PM services in non‑residential properties (office buildings, shopping malls, government departments, schools, hospitals, universities, etc.).
Lead tender and bidding processes from start to finish, including bid strategy, cost analysis, solution design and pricing.
Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure long‑term contracts.
Identify and pursue new FM/PM business opportunities in Hong Kong, focusing on non‑residential properties such as office buildings, shopping malls, government facilities, schools, hospitals and universities.
Lead end‑to‑end tendering and bidding independently: prepare bid documents, cost estimates, technical and service solutions, and pricing strategies.
Maintain regular contact with key decision‑makers (e.g. office building owners, government departments, school and university administrations, shopping mall owners) to build trust and win new projects.
Carry out market research and competitor analysis to support business planning and pricing.
Work closely with operations, technical and risk teams to ensure smooth handover from winning the bid to project delivery.
University graduates, preferably in Property Management, Marketing, Engineering Management or related fields.
At least 5 years of business development experience in Hong Kong’s property market, preferably with leading property management companies.
Proven success in winning tenders for non‑residential properties (office buildings, shopping malls, government departments, schools, hospitals, universities, etc.) is highly preferred.
Strong network of local contacts in Hong Kong, including government bodies, school and university administrations, and office/shopping malls property owners.
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin; able to prepare tender documents in English and communicate with international clients.
Strong skills in cost estimation, solution design and commercial negotiation; able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
5‑day work week, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
13‑month salary plus performance bonus.
