Job summary

Tiger Analytics, a global Data & AI leader, seeks a Country Lead in Hong Kong to drive new client acquisition and expand strategic accounts. You will work with regional retailers, building AI & data analytics solutions that translate into measurable business value.

You will nurture partnerships with hyperscalers (Microsoft, Google, AWS) and data platforms while leading a team of consultants, data scientists, and engineers to deliver cross-vertical growth across the market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business development, techno-functional consulting, and account management in data and analytics.
• Knowledge of Data/Cloud technologies and DS/ML/AI techniques applied to business value.
• Retail/CPG experience; GTM initiatives and partner playbooks.
• Proven track record of winning bids from new prospects and managing sales funnels.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, governance and linking analytics to business value.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and owning Sales and P/L targets.
• Ability to pursue and develop new business from existing and potential clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to meet growth targets aligned to company strategy.
• Strong ability to identify decision-makers and grow client accounts across levels.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new prospects and opportunities in the Hong Kong market.
• Manage client relationships with revenue growth focus across accounts.
• Lead cross-sell and partnerships for growth and P/L ownership.
• Propagate Tiger’s value proposition to prospects and clients.
• Participate in AI, Data, and Analytics events to drive client acquisition.
• Lead client workshops to translate problems into analytic opportunities.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and practices to design solutions.
