Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Scientists.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Translate business problems into DS approaches and success metrics.
• Provide technical direction across ML, statistical modelling, optimization, and GenAI.
• Review solution designs and challenge modelling assumptions.
• Lead delivery across multiple AI initiatives and manage priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in DS practices and reusable solutions.
