Job summary

HKPC - Hong Kong Productivity Council's Smart City Division seeks a seasoned leader to drive AI-enabled solutions for public sector and industry partners. You will oversee hands-on AI agent development, exploratory analytics, modelling, and delivery of multi-stakeholder projects.

The ideal candidate has a postgraduate degree and at least six years' experience as a project manager or solution lead, with strong communication skills and a track record of securing and delivering government-related

Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (science, engineering, economics, public administration).
Minimum six years of full-time experience delivering projects as project manager or solution lead.
Proven leadership in AI agents, data analytics, modelling or socio-economic analysis.
Hands-on coding skills in Python and SQL; strong communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead teams to identify opportunities, develop proposals and secure new business.
Oversee scope, resources and delivery of key projects with clear communication of value.
Guide integration of AI and data technologies into demonstrations and proofs-of-concept.
