Link in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned leader to drive enterprise AI adoption, shaping end-to-end use cases from opportunity to benefits realisation. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, ensure governance, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

You will oversee data readiness, risk controls, and adoption programmes, while mentoring a high-performing AI team and staying current with emerging AI trends to embed AI into day-to-day workflows.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, data science, information technology or related disciplines.
• 10+ years in digital transformation, product/programme delivery, AI/analytics initiatives, or enterprise change with measurable outcomes.
• Strong AI fluency to evaluate and shape solutions and to challenge vendors/teams.
• Experience managing full initiative lifecycle from ideation through production rollout, adoption, and benefits tracking.
• Proven leadership to grow technical teams and manage stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, including use case identification, solution shaping, governance, deployment, and post-go-live adoption.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Drive AI execution with ownership of scope, timeline, budget, quality, and realised business outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional teams including IT and external vendors.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Establish and enforce best practices for AI solution lifecycle management and operational readiness.
