Job summary

Howden Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Transformation Analyst to support identifying, developing and implementing AI and automation solutions that improve operations and efficiency. You will work closely with Operations and other business functions to streamline workflows and adopt Microsoft digital tools.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field, plus 2–3 years of digital

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering or related discipline.
2–3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, process automation, AI or technology-related projects.
Fresh graduates with internship experience considered.

Responsibilities

Identify manual, repetitive or inefficient processes and recommend automation and AI opportunities.
Translate requirements into practical digital, automation and AI solutions for Operations and other business teams.
Design, develop and test workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
Develop AI agents and AI-enabled solutions to boost productivity and efficiency.
Build prototypes, run tests, gather user feedback and support deployment across the business.
