Zusammenfassung

Howden Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Transformation Analyst to drive AI-enabled automation and workflow improvements. You will design and test solutions with Power Platform, work with Operations and regional teams, and help adopt Copilot Studio and other Microsoft tools to boost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in digital transformation or automation, strong analytics, and fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred). Hybrid work and ongoing learning are supported.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, process automation, AI or technology-related projects.
• Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, AI agents and business process automation.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Exposure to Python, APIs, data analytics or other automation technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to map and improve business processes.
• Curious, proactive and able to learn new tools; good communication with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Cantonese proficiency is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes and propose automation and AI opportunities.
• Translate requirements from Operations and business teams into digital solutions.
• Design, develop and test workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools.
• Support development of AI agents and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity.
• Develop prototypes, conduct testing, gather feedback and assist implementation.
• Monitor solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Deliver practical training and guidance on AI and automation tools to colleagues.
• Collaborate with regional and Group teams to ensure alignment and governance.
