Howden Insurance Brokers (HK) Ltd is seeking a Digital Transformation Analyst to identify and implement AI and automation solutions in Hong Kong. You will work with Operations and business functions to streamline workflows and develop AI-enabled tools using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regional and Group teams, data privacy and governance, with projects deployed across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, process automation, AI or technology-related projects.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Identify manual, repetitive or inefficient business processes and recommend opportunities for simplification, automation and AI enablement.
• Translate requirements into practical digital, automation and AI solutions.
• Design, develop and test workflows using Power Platform and AI tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Support development of AI agents and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept, test with users and support implementation.
• Monitor solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and wider application.
